UNI STU 20A: Freshman Experience
A foundational course for all first-year student-athletes, guiding them through the transition into Division I athletics. Students explore topics such as nutrition, mental health, identity, and time management—laying the groundwork for success in college and beyond.
UNI STU 20D: Life After Sport
Designed for upperclassmen, this course helps student-athletes prepare for the next chapter. From building professional networks and leadership skills to translating athletic experience into career-ready expertise and mastering financial literacy, students gain the tools to confidently navigate life after sports.

Through strategic partnerships and curated opportunities, we connect athletes to experiences that expand their networks, develop their leadership capacity, and prepare them for long-term career success.
